old people and rude people

working with old people sucks... they don't do work, and ask you to do their work when they are totally capable of doing the work but you can't not do the work cause they'll make a scene and at the same time you can't tell them what to do because they are like, old... hahah

and rude people, what the fuck.  I'm not being rude to you, so why the fuck are you being rude to me.  It's like that episode of The Simpsons when Homer joins the navy and his drill Sergent is being quite rude to him.

Drill Sergeant: Look soldier, you don't like me, and I don't like you.
Homer: I like you.
